By accessing or using Sydence, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Sydence is operated by PegBit Studio.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person may not maintain multiple free accounts.
You agree not to use Sydence for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt to access other users' data, or to abuse the Omos AI system. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of any new subscription. Enterprise plans are billed per seat.
You retain full ownership of all content you create in Sydence (projects, documents, standups, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
Omos AI processes your studio data to provide insights and generate content. AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed before use. We do not use your data to train AI models. Your data is not shared with other studios or used for cross-studio analysis (except anonymous benchmarking on Enterprise plans with explicit opt-in).
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
Sydence is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
