We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and profile photo when you create an account. We also collect studio data you create within the platform including projects, tasks, standups, ideas, and knowledge documents.
Your data is used to provide the Sydence service: managing projects, facilitating team collaboration, and powering the Omos AI assistant. We do not sell your data to third parties. Omos AI processes your studio data to answer questions and generate insights — this data stays within your studio and is never shared across studios.
All data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure studio data is isolated — members of one studio cannot access another studio's data. Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth with secure session management.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database & auth), AWS (hosting via Amplify), Stripe (payments for global users), Flutterwave (payments for African users), Resend (transactional emails), and AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) for the Omos AI assistant. Each service has its own privacy policy.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or studio, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can export your data at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your profile in Settings, export your data, or request account deletion. For any privacy-related requests, contact us at privacy@sydence.app.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. Your session cookie is HttpOnly and Secure.
